Mileage is loaded miles only (pickup to drop-off). A round trip is two one-way trips plus any wait time. Medicaid or broker trips follow the contracted rate sheet.

The first 15 minutes after arrival at the facility are complimentary. Time after that is billed in 15-minute increments (rounded up).

Example: wheelchair, 12 miles each way, 1 hour 40 minutes at the facility = $117 outbound + $150 wait + $117 return = $384.
